* The BASIC package needs a commitment of at least 4 months . In the event of an early withdrawal a Fee of Early Termination will be applied. This will be calculated on the number of months that are left to reach the minimum period required.
Example: Activated on March the 15th, End of commitment: July the 14th, Withdrawal on May the 19th, 3 months already paid, Fee of Early Termination: 1 month = € 10.99.

- Up to 5 days if the dog is always outside the Energy Saving Area.
- Up to 5 hours with Live Tracking always active.
